A tribal federation is a political and social organization in which multiple tribes come together to form a larger governing body. This larger entity allows the member tribes to work together for common goals such as defense, trade, and resource management while still maintaining their individual identities and autonomy. It could provide new opportunities for the development of chess in Russia and strengthen their ties with Asian countries. However, it could also lead to a shift in the balance of power within the Asian Continental Federation and potentially impact the dynamics of international chess competitions. Overall, it will be interesting to see how this decision plays out and its impact on the global chess community. **
