Cat saliva can contain bacteria that may be harmful to humans, such as Pasteurella multocida. If a person is bitten or scratched by a cat, there is a risk of infection from these bacteria entering the wound through the saliva. It is important to clean any cat bites or scratches thoroughly and seek medical attention if there are signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, or pus. Overall, while cat saliva itself is not inherently dangerous, it is important to take precautions to prevent infection from potential bacteria present in it. **

Yes, saliva does conduct electricity to some extent. This is because saliva contains electrolytes, such as sodium and chloride ions, which can carry electrical charges. However, the conductivity of saliva is much lower compared to other bodily fluids like blood or sweat. Therefore, while saliva can conduct electricity, it is not as effective as other bodily fluids. **

Cat saliva is not inherently poisonous, but it can contain bacteria and other microorganisms that may cause infections if it enters the bloodstream through a scratch or bite. Additionally, some people may have allergic reactions to proteins in cat saliva, which can cause skin irritation or other symptoms. It's always important to clean and disinfect any wounds caused by a cat and seek medical attention if necessary. **
